What started as a humble initiative to channel the charitable contributions of friends and families toward distressed
members of the community has now grown into a collective movement of compassion and hope, strengthened by the trust and
generosity of countless well-wishers.

Over the years, our work has evolved from immediate relief to building sustainable impact through two core pillars:
- Medical Aid: Extending timely medical assistance and financial support to individuals and families who cannot afford treatment - ensuring that no one is denied care due to financial hardship.
- Educational Support: Empowering children and youth to dream without limits by providing classroom-based learning, scholarships, study materials and mentorship to help them thrive.
Building on this spirit of service, we've launched key initiatives for lasting, inclusive growth through education and skills:
- Education for All (EFA): Supporting school dropouts with the guidance and resources needed to re-enter learning and shape their futures.
- Zariya Excellence Academy Liberty (ZEAL): Offering scholarships to bright and deserving students, enabling them to pursue higher education and achieve academic excellence.
- Knowledge to Career (K2C): Empowering Youth Through Skills, Learning and Opportunity. K2C provides access to technical courses, soft skills workshops and mentorship programs that prepare young individuals for meaningful, sustainable careers.

Our journey began in 2018 with a simple yet powerful belief - that help should reach the people who need it the most. What started as a humble initiative to channel the charitable contributions of friends and families toward distressed members of the community has now grown into a collective movement of compassion and hope, strengthened by the trust and generosity of countless well-wishers. Over the years, Zariya has supported many families in need, through medical aid, education assistance and crisis relief. Always ensuring that every contribution makes a direct, genuine impact.
During our first three years, we had the privilege of standing beside individuals in their most vulnerable moments - supporting hospital bills, critical surgeries and essential educational needs. These experiences strengthened our belief and shaped our vision for a more empowered future.
With this purpose at heart, we evolved toward long-term upliftment - shifting our focus to education and skill development, ensuring that children, youth and families are not just supported for a moment, but equipped for a lifetime. Our programs now open doors for school dropouts, provide scholarships to deserving students, and build pathways to technical and vocational careers.
Together, these efforts reflect our belief that true change begins by enabling people not just to survive, but to thrive with dignity.

"Empowering School Dropouts"
Education is the most powerful tool for breaking the cycle of poverty and creating opportunities for a better future. Zariya Welfare Foundation is deeply committed to addressing the challenge of school dropouts by ensuring that every child, regardless of circumstance, has access to education and a second chance to succeed. Our mission is to reduce the number of school dropouts and ensure every underprivileged student has equal access to quality education.
Understanding the Challenge
❝School dropout is a serious problem that affects millions❞
Children drop out of school for many reasons - Poverty, Lack of family support, peer Pressure, or simply Losing interest due to Limited Opportunities. Zariya works closely with families and communities to understand these root causes and provide personalized interventions that address both academic and emotional needs.
About the Program
Launched in 2022, the Education for All (EFA) School Dropout Program focuses on enabling underprivileged students to complete their 10th and 12th standard education through structured support and guidance. The initiative provides an essential bridge for students who had previously discontinued schooling, empowering them to re-enter the academic stream and pursue meaningful careers.
Our Approach

- Free Classroom Training & Tuitions: Regular and remedial sessions to strengthen learning outcomes.

"Standing Strong with the Community"
When the world came to a standstill during the COVID-19 pandemic, Zariya Welfare Foundation rose to the challenge with compassion and courage. At a time when uncertainty and fear surrounded every household, our volunteers stepped forward, driven by the belief that no family should go hungry in times of crisis. Despite the lockdown restrictions and the risk involved, the ZWF team mobilized quickly to identify families in distress across Pune and nearby areas. Through the tireless efforts of our dedicated volunteers.
We reached families- distributing ration kits, essential supplies and hygiene products to help them sustain through the most difficult months of the pandemic. Our work was not just about providing food, it was about restoring hope, dignity and a sense of community. Every ration kit delivered carried a message of solidarity: that we are stronger when we care for one another. This initiative stands as a proud reminder of what can be achieved when compassion meets action. We continues to stand by the community, inspired by the resilience of the people we serve and motivated to do even more in the years ahead.

In 2024, we took another meaningful step toward empowering young minds by launching ZEAL - a scholarship program dedicated to supporting bright and deserving students in pursuing their higher education dreams.
As we continue to focus on school dropouts under our EFA program, we have seen many promising students give up on
their dreams and forced to abandon their education due to financial hardships.
ZEAL was born out of this reality - Our mission is simple yet profound: to identify and support talented students who dare to dream big and strive for excellence despite the odds.
Every scholarship we offer is more than financial aid - it is a commitment to hope, a promise of possibility and a belief in the brilliance of our youth.

At Zariya Welfare Foundation, we believe that good health is not a privilege - it's a fundamental right that every individual deserves. For years, we have stood by those who struggle to afford the medical care they need - people who face uncertainty not because their illness is untreatable, but because the treatment is unaffordable. Through our Medical Care Program, we extend support to individuals and families for consultations, diagnostic tests, treatments and even life-saving surgeries. Our core team personally reviews & validates every request to ensure that help reaches the truly deserving,
swiftly and transparently. This hands-on approach has allowed us to make an immediate difference in moments of

President, I strive to channel my leadership and expertise into creating a values-driven foundation that delivers
